In perfect condition, fit a bit tight. Marked as an S, feel Inbetween an XS-S. Nice velvet, high waisted leggings from Blackmilk. They're version 1.0 and were only worn by me twice.

greenslyfox @younglaurenn the waistband is different I believe. They may even source a less expensive velvet now for their 2.0-- tbh I'm not certain.

greenslyfox @younglaurenn when I get home I can take a pic of them yes, and I'll use a ruler to measure the waist across and I'll pop my waist in there too. They fit me because the actual waist is high, so it hits right at my rib cage

greenslyfox @younglaurenn so flat lay, they are 12 inches at the waist end to end. My waist is a 26-28, so I would imagine they'd fit someone within 6-8 inches of mine either end. To a 20-34inch waist. They are very stretchy, even the legging material.
