This a really cute red and black plaid skirt! I loved this skirt but I just didn’t reach for it too often. This is a size 6 and not stretchy. I’m a size 6 and can barely zip it so I believe this is better for a size 4 or 26” waist.It has a side zipper and button. I bought this skirt at H&M. Let me know if you want the measurements!
