High waisted plaid MEDIUM "Elite Collection" semi stretch, straight leg pants

These pants are highwasted plad snap button, straight leg pants. No working pockets very new pants. No belt loops, size menium. Purchased about 6 months ago. VERY CLEAN no tears, spills or loos fibers. These are 37.5in long x 13in waist laying flat x 17in hips laying flat. I wear size 4 in most pants and shorts. my waits is 28.5in round and my hips are 34.5in round, my thighs with butt measures 39in. These stretch but fit and I didn't like how they fit my body (not constricting just alittle to flush to my skin, i enjoy bellbottoms and loose clothes).
