High waisted flare leggings

Very soft and stretchy ribbed material. Pretty pale blue color. These are flare bottoms and they have a slit in the bottom as well. Absolutely love these leggings. I bought them in 2 different sizes and ended up liking the other size better, so I don't need these ones. Never been worn and still have the tags attached.
