It’s high waisted shorts with a crocheted, floral design. The inside is lined. It has a small side zipper to zip yourself into the shorts. The brand is forever 21. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this product. No loose threads, no holes, nothing. I ripped off the tag 6 years ago and it’s been sitting in my dresser since.
