High waisted bell bottoms

These "Shine Bright" Bell Bottoms are high waisted jeans that button. While they may look like blue jeans, they feel anything but that! The stretchy material hugs in all the right places while making us feel like we are wearing leggings. Our model is 5'4" and is wearing a small with heeled booties.
