High waisted Pleated Wide legged gaucho pants

Purchased in a boutique in Greece. Never worn but tags are no longer on. Size Medium. Pleated wide legged gaucho pants, looks almost like a skirt when put on. High waisted with elastic band detailed with gold, silver and black threading. These come to floor will require heels.
