High neck velvet embroidered maroon dress

This beautiful (never worn) high neck maroon dress has a sheer overlay with flowery velvet embroidered design and an open back. There is slip under the bottom half of the dress however the top half is sheer (image #5). This dress is a little more formal but wicked comfortable! It looks great with heals or flats and a statement necklace or statement earrings. It’s a winter time dress that can be paired with tights and jacket to keep warm. It’s a perfect dress for the holidays!
