High neck black dress NWT

High neck black dress from boutique with side zipper. NWT. Love it, but the chest is too roomy for me. Chest - 19 1/2”, waist - 16” and is 35 1/2” from shoulder strap to bottom hem, also see in pics. Smoke free home
