High low dress with cut outs

Super cute high low dress with cut outs on the top. Very flattering. Wore for homecoming and it was a hit! Just need to make room in my closet. The dress is still in very good condition. Only worn twice ever. Zips up the back. Top material is pretty stretchy and comfortable. Bottom is very flowy and cute.
