38" waist, 39" breast, color is royal blue. Long dress. Sleeves come to elbow. Some stretch in material. thick material. Please note: has lines like light snags in back. Given to me with long bottom pinned to back to fit in plastic ,once I took 10 pins out left lines see last pics. Was a final sale. New never worn with tags.
