High low beaded embroidered dress.

Only tried on a couple of times. This dress is 100%polyester with sheer sleeves, and embroidery boarding detail to the waist. Corest tie back with back panel, boning for front bra support. Fully lined. Burgundy. Size 4! See measurements. My mother-in-law bought this dress for a wedding and never ended up wearing it. It is in perfect condition. I do not know the brand.
