High Waisted navy Velvet Sailor shorts

These were an absolute favorite pair That no longer fit me. Probably 20 years old but excellent condition. Silver piping sailor buttons in the front hidden zipper in the back. Dark navy velvet.. Pretty accurate size 12. No stretch so please note measurements the smaller of the 2 is the waste and the longer is the hip, 13" also from top to crotch.
