High Waisted Skin Tight Pencil Skirt (Burgundy)

Honestly, this is such a sexy pencil skirt!! It’s skin tight and the fabric is super thick and NOT see through. This hugged the mannequins waist and it wasn’t adjusted. Elastic feel when putting it on and skirt does not rise when walking.
