High Waisted Shorts

These are high waisted distressed shorts with plaid pockets. They're super cute on. I want to keep the but unfortunately they're just a little too big for me so they ride up as I wear them throughout the day. For reference I am a size 25 so if you're between a 25 and 26 these will be perfect! These are labeled a small by Forever 21 😊 these are used but have a lot of life left in them!
