High waisted pencil skirt by H&M. Front closure by buttons and zipper. Back has a slit with button detaining. Materials: 97% cotton and 3% spandex. Measures: 13” across the waist, 17” across the hips, 23” long. Tiny flaw on the bottom right part of the skirt (see last pic).
