High Waisted Button Down Skirt with Slit

Originally a dress from UO (cant find a photo - the style must be discontinued). I cut the top off the dress and re-stitched the waist to make a high waisted skirt (I’m 5’6”, hits floor w/o shoes). You can see my zig zag stitching in white in the close up photos. The fabric has some stretch to it but I did not add any additional elastic to the waist. I cut out original tag so I don’t have the size, but see photo for waist measurement. Between 12.5”-13” (half the waist). I wear 24/25 pants.
