High Waist Seam Detail Flare Leg Velvet Pants

Never worn velvet flare pants. Super soft! It is a burgundy red with an elastic waist and slight stretch. It can be machine wash but I wouldn’t recommend dry clean. It is good for late fall wear. It is true to size.
