High Waist A-Line Skirt

Black and cream striped skirt in flowing a-line silhouette. Soft fabric and great for twirling! Length hits above the knee. Tag size is 2, but fit more like a size 4. Shiny silver back zipper. Dry clean only. 23" from waist to hem; 14" across waist Fair condition -- some punctures on the waist where it was previously sewn/altered (see second picture)
