High Tide of California 1960's/70's pink floral maxi dress

Beautiful colorful floral maxi dress. This has slight elastic gathering at the back and an adjustable neck. In great shape with only minimal wear, mainly where the straps are knotted at the back. The hem is also a bit loose. This is hard to measure because it's adjustable but the measurement across the bust is pictured. There is no size or fabric tag but I suspect it's around XS/SM and cotton or cotton blend.
