isigil is the material bit stretchy ? is it true to size? cant you measure the circumference or the waist band ? thnx

paulab181 @isigil it’s not very stretchy, the waist in inches is 12 inches, I have attached a photo as well. The inseam is also 27 inches. ASOS sizing runs small in general. I would say it fits like an actual size 2 in a normal store more than a 4. Hope that helps!
