High Low Skirt

This skirt has criss crosses in the front giving it that high low effect. It has a dark orange tropical floral pattern with a cream white background. There isn’t a size tag on it but the waste stretches so it is probably is a small/ medium. Worn once, in perfect condition. Would be something cute to wear on a vacation or at the beach.
