High Low Mallory Beach Dress

The dress measures about 44" from shoulder to skirt. It has a fully elastic band on the waist. The top is an off white and the bottom is a deep navy blue. It is a high low skirt that splits open through the front. I typically wore a brown/beige belt with it and strapy heels.
