High Low Floral Summer Dress

The dress has no branding tags I found it at a retail liquidation store. It measures 55" from the top to the bottom of the skirt. The string ties are 88" long. The inner skirt is 17" from the bust seam. The waist measures 27" in diameter with the back being elastic for stretch.
