High Heeled Booties sweater cuffed great condition 3inch heel

Reposhing this item I purchased an just recieved however their just a little to snug i forget for me personally when getting heels i need to get a size bigger than i normally wear willing to negotiate price. no wear or tear on them inside or out about a 3inch heel an sweater cuffed on top.
