These are a size 8 high heeled boot from Forever 21. They were worn once for a birthday but I haven’t used them since. In great condition with only some scuffs (see pics). This is a 4 inch heel with ties and is a suede material. There is no zipper on these shoes. These would be a great staple in anyones wardrobe! Questions? Comment!
