Hide-ees size 7/8 bright red ruffle bloomer shorts are perfect for underneath dresses or for wearing alone. They are a fitted bloomer with a ruffle at the leg for added detail. They are like a tights fabric so extremely easy to move in. Brand new in original packaging. I only removed to unfold for pictures, but didn’t remove the packaging from the leg so I could fold them right back up. Great shortie bloomers!
