Hi-Low White Lace Skirt

This skirt features a sheer lace overlay for a flowy, romantic look! The waistband is elastic and very comfortable. Could be styled with a cami, denim jacket, and cowboy boots or fun graphic tee and sneakers! The waistband has some discoloration but is not visible when tucked. The skirt has never been worn.
