Hi-Low Red Dress Lace Up & Cutouts Small

This dress from Swell has a super pretty lace up back, cutouts, and a wrap look to the front. It has a hi-low hem, and it’s perfectly flowy! Five hook closure as well as a zipper closure on the left hand side of the dress. It has a very thin material, but the bottom portion is skirt lined. You would want to wear a bralette, sticky boobs, or a backless bra (nude). The waistband does not have much give to it. Only worn once! Size small. Perfect summer party dress!
