Hi-Low Maxi Dress size M-L HANDMADE

I bought this dress in RoundTop, Texas. It is a high-low dress, all handmade. It was a "one off" in that the tag was stitched in the front neckline. I cut it off for comfort. Please see the video, there is a spot on the ruffle. seams at the bust are a little loose. I'm offering this at a great price for the amount of workmanship, and what I paid for it then.
