Hi-Lo Sweater by H&M 'Southwestern' design

This super cute high low sweater is perfect for over skinny jeans and boots, long cotton dress, or black leggings and open toe sandals. It is lightweight and has 2 small snags (photos attached, but other than that it's in good condition. I only wore it a few times.
