Cute little Hilow mini skirt by Shein. with multiple tiered ruffles on a babies breath floral pattern. Colors are cream and brick. Asian sized. Says large but US sizing would be extra small. The Hilow hem can be worn on the side or in the back. It looks cute both ways.Matching top available as well here in my closet.
