Hi There by Karen Walker Bird & Bloom Dress 12 Anthropologie

A beautiful navy blue dress with tiny little buds all over it. A pleated v-neckline and the front-tie sash. It hits knee-length and has thick shoulders with no sleeves. There is a side zip and though it is poly, it feels like silk instead of the real thing. The dress has a slight sheen to it and feels slippery to the touch. If you look closely there are black dots interspersed amongst the pattern, this is part of the print and not a stain/flaw. It is consistent throughout the garment, never impacts the white or red print, and is visible from the reverse side of the fabric. Measurements in Photos This dress is blousy up top! Skirt fits true to size but you may need to consider your bust line, a tack stitch at the v opening to keep yourself Holy would probably be a good idea.
