Hi Lo, scarf tiered dress

This dress is a very thin woven polyester fabric in a beautiful paisley print with red orange and cream flowers on a blue background. The bus line itself is adjustable, so this will be a one size fits. All you can adjust that bust line tight, and risk a little side boob, or pull it out. Fuller for more coverage. The dress is higher in the front than the back and ends in a wide ruffle. Perfect festival dress in excellent condition. Oh yes, there is also a gold leaf accent on those flowers that sparkles. Oh, and the end of those ties have some lovely tassels. I’m a sucker for tassels.
