glassprism70 Hi. I just spoke with the post office. The package along with thousands of others are at the distribution center and not even scanned I yet. She said that they were told it will be quite awhile for them to catch up and she was upset that that has not been shared with the public. I am very sorry and I could not even retrieve it if I tried. Just want to make sure you know that you are not being forgotten.

glassprism70 @lorideexo . Why would a package go from Bala Cynwyd that goes to the main post office to the Phila. Distribution center go to Kansas City rather than go on the truck to Bristol ? Talk about wasted time and money. We have computers now to help fix this stuff- snark. And it is totally out of our control as consumers. We should be getting a new postmaster general relatively soon and fix this deliberate incompetence. Thank you for your patience.

There is a letter going out tomorrow to Senator Casey per one of his staff with the tracking record for your package and another. The office said they want to know. It will take a bit for the letter to get there, etc., but it is a start.

glassprism70 Hopefully after the 20th, we will have hope again that departments will have new management and authorities to get the USPS among others to work again. I do believe this mess was deliberate beginning with the post master general inflicted on us this past summer. On the local news tonight , they are 3 months behind. There is no reason except purposeful indirect info was scheduled for your package having to take that round about way to get to you.
