Hey Dude Chambray Beige Ava Slip On Shoes Size L7-Y6

This says L7-Y6 which makes me assume its ladies 7 to youth 6 sizes? I tried them on and they are snug for me and I usually wear 7.5 on average. So Id say its womens 7. The Y6 Im still not positive.
