heatherhamer @cookieluv510 The waist is really stretchy so it’s hard to get an accurate measurement. Laying flat, without being stretched, it is about 11” at the smallest part of the waist but it easily stretches to 13” laying flat. The length from shoulder to hem is 30” and the top of the peplum skirt to the hem is 17”.

heatherhamer @cookieluv510 I just added the measurements from the Herve Leger website into the photos for this listing. It says the waist measurement is about 25”.

heatherhamer @cookieluv510 It very well could be slightly bigger than others but I don’t know because it’s the only Herve Leger I’ve ever had. I purchased it thinking my daughter could wear it to a dance but she doesn’t have enough chest to fill it out (she is barely an A cup). She weighs about 100 pounds and is 5’1”. It looked great on her but I feel like it had a little room in the waist for sure. It’s a great dress.
