Hertzko Cat Dematting Tool Double Sided Dog and Cat Dematting Comb This has been used and did work great on the Himalayan I bought this for (used gently, of course!) I have washed this and used a toothpick to clean in between the tines, but as may be seen in the photos, there is still some detritus in between the tines. From a smoke-free, fragrance free home with (now) one feline. I vetted this when I purchased it to ensure the rubber on the sides was latex-free. I don't recall what type of rubber it is.
