idreamofitaly Hi again. I'm confused about your measurements. If the coat measures 22 cm from armpit to armpit - that would make the actual chest measurement 8.66" x 2 = 17.34 inches. Even on the Hermes website- the Piumino extra-light puffer coat only comes in an "S" as the smallest size - not an XS or XXS. Normally the small is 36 inches for chest measurement. And I don't think that the Hermes Equestrian Collection offers clothing for children.
