This is a beautiful Hermes evelyne bag that I'm not real sure I want to get rid of.... it just came back from Hermes in Italy and they spruced it up for me. I've had it for many many years and they literally made it look brand new again! I have the receipt from Hermes where they did their "spa" treatment and if you have any questions please let me know. Comes with dust bag

almcland @dinabev no, it takes months to get them back it is crazy! When you take it to the Hermes store they ship it to Italy and it literally takes months!

I see this is the old version i just bought an evelyne from an ebay seller (a trusted seller that ive used before and it was authenticated by ebay) but the inside of my evelyne has a pocket. I believe the very first evelyne bags had a pocket on the inside. I see yours also looks to be the first version but no pocket - do you know if they made them differently some w pockets some wo? (Just wanna make sure i didnt buy a fake 😳). Thank u for ur help! Gorgeous purse btw!

lushpenko @almcland i think i figured out why no interior pocket on ur bag (and there is on the one i got) i got a PM urs is a GM! Evelyne I GM did not have interior pockets (at least none of the ones ive seen) phew mystery solved 😊) ps keep the bag its so gorg and versatile!!

lushpenko @almcland so crappy news for me my Hermes turned out to be fake - the stitching gave it away, stitching was straight and not slanted like u have on ur bag and like all authentic hermes have 😔 also the hermes stamp was bumpy from the leather which should not happen. Sucks bc the seller has amazing revs and good bags for sale AND ebay authenticated the bag before it came to me but alas clearly their “authentication experts” are no good :((((

almcland @lushpenko awwwwww, I'm so sorry. I bought both of mine used but personally took to Hermes for authentication. So, since they were both authentic, I was able to pay Hermes to Send them to their store in Italy and "spruce" them up. It took 3 months but we'll worth it. I HATE u got bad news!!!

lushpenko @almcland thanks so much. I was under the impression that Hermes would not authenticate used bags, is that not true? How would one go about authenticating (just so i know for the future) do i just come to the store and they will take a look?
