Hermann Bear jointed, open mouth, working squeaker Rare Antique HTF

Rare Antique Teddy Bear Hermann. This cute bear doesn't have a tag, so I don't know how old he is. I bought him from an Estate sale and the owner was a collector. I have researched him and I can't find one like him listed anywhere. He is fully jointed, his mouth is open, head swivels and his squeaker works. His paw pads have wear, as well as his mouth and nose. Please see pictures. You get the actual item in the picture so please make sure to look at them.
