Heritage Silk Detailed Neckline Periwinkle Dress

This is an adorable little 100% silk dress from Nordstrom. The neckline is so cute and precious. I added a belt to this to cinch the waist- which you can absolutely do to highlight your curves without detracting from the sweetness of this dress. It so soft and comfortable.
