Created from raw materials of mainly silica sand, lead oxide and potassium carbonate the conception of each piece of Heritage Irish Crystal begins in our furnace at temperatures exceeding 1200°c. • Our team of highly skilled glass blowers remove molten glass from the furnace and work each gather into the desired shape. • After each piece has annealed, it is passed to one of our gifted glasscutters who carve tasteful decorative patterns, using diamond tipped wheels. • A unique method of fine finish polishing is the final step, carefully executed to preserve the integrity of the hand carved patterns.
