Heritage 1981/Forever 21 silk floral print skirt

Pretty blue and pink floral print silk skirt by Heritage 81/Forever 21 - size 30, which is probably a medium. Like new condition, worn once or twice. Actual waist measures 16" across and 17.5" long. Very light weight.
