This is a Herff Christiansen Brand Ivory/ Light Khaki Cowl Necked Mini Dress/ Tunic. It's labeled as a size large, but I think it would look even better on an XS to a Medium. It's 100% cotton, short sleeved, no pockets, and made in Peru. It's super cozy fabric that is very crisp. The collar will definitely make a statement! No holes or stains seen. Pardon the wrinkles. This item has been packed away in storage. You'll want to have it dry cleaned and pressed.
