bellarita @jsimp43 thanks I know. And I just went to relist the 2 bracelets I sent her and one was broken!!! And it was brand new before I sent it to her. I just KNOW she wore this outfit and then had the problem. Or it didn't fit so she did. Idk why just so upsetting. Thx 4 reading lol

kristelynn I recently filed a complaint on a backpack that I had purchased. It was not as described as it showed signs of extensive use and wear and also had an odor to it. The colors were very dingy and it was very sticky around the zipper. It was also sent to me in a "breaded fish" box. I emailed posh the photos and the information in the complaint was in reference to the product. I didn't include the way it had been shipped. It also had only been out of the box for 10 minutes before i contacted posh. She contacted me following a knowledge that i had filed the complaint, but I did not respond. She then attempted several times in one day, demanding that I send her the photos. I simply requested she contact posh. She became very verbally aggressive saying that I could not purchase from her again. I didn't want to make public the issue, just simply to be refunded. She accused me of lying...which I did no such thing. In my opinion it took the potential sale from another posher because she had completely misrepresented the condition. I don't like to return items, if it doesn't work I simply try to resell it. If it is completely misrepresented, I will return it. It was returned over a week ago, but she is saying she still hasn't received it. I think she has and would love to see where the most recent tracking is. So, I say all of that to say this. I am with you-don't "make up" a reason that it doesn't work. Often, communicating with the seller can alleviate the situation. In my case it was a complete misrepresentation of the product. I will let Posh deal with that. You have a great closet and I have no worries about your honesty.

bellarita @kristelynn 😂😘 aw I'm so sorry that happened to you... I totally agree though - let posh handle it! Posh will cover the shipping even in a case like yours!! (If its her first offense which I'm sure it's not LoL). But I just got aggravated that I tried so hard to talk to her about it and she always had a different answer and she didn't tell posh until te day I received the items back already. But just the point of her lying to them about it by sending the photos is te worst part hahah. Even more so I'm kicking myself because I had recently decided to "clean up" my closet and delete all items I sell in a bundle instead of marking "sold" to avoid any confusion. Buttttt had I kept the listing she would've been SOL because I pointed out every "pill" or pull on the dress ya know. Uhgggg so word to the wise. Never delete anything even if you have to respond to "is this still available" every 3 minutes 😂😂 hahahahaha. But thanks for your kind words lol 😘

devinleighhh I feel your pain ladies. I had a girl do the same thing to me but about a pair of shoes, I don't smoke I live alone and the shoes had never been around smoke or even out of the box, I accepted the return just because it was too much nonsense and I rather sell to someone who will Appreciate the item instead!

urbantrendz @bellarita unfortunately I've seen some of the mail carriers smoking inside the mail truck so it could smell like smoke from being in the mail truck which is not your fault either, people need to understand that they do smoke in those trucks!

jaigrec This is my second account- I had to make a new Account because of people like this! Someone bought a BRAND NEW PAIR of uggs from me. They were authentic, new in box, tags still attached, with the receipt from journeys. When the buyer got my package they complained to posh that the item they received wasn't what she bought. After talking to posh, they sent me the pictures that the buyer sent them. THE BUYER LITERALLY WENT TO WALMART AND TOOK PICTURES OF THOSE FAKE UGG LOOKING BOOTS IN THE ISLE AND SENT THEM TO POSH CLAIMING THATS WHAT I SENT HER. Like, legitimately, the pictures were taken in the store isle. Posh told her to return the item for a full refund, so she gets her money back and I get my perfectly good new authentic uggs back. She sent an empty box back to me... She still has my uggs, I lost $170, and her account is deleted. After that happened I stopped selling on here for a good 2 months before I made this new account. Haven't had any problems on this account yet but my last one was a hotspot for scammers!

alluck1210 I've had that happen. I had a RL sweater for sale. The first picture was of a darker pink sweater to show fit and the others were of the light pink sweater itself. That was noted in the decription. She gets the sweater and gives me a ONE star rating saying the sweater is faded, smelled of smoke and she didn't like it. She knew there was nothing she could do because she was the one that hadn't paid attention. But she didn't bother trying to return it.. -CONT-

alluck1210 I have since been recording all my sales. My 5 star rating will never be 5 stars again. It'll stay at 4.9 all because of her. Another sale was for a Movado watch. I sold it "as is" not in working condition and stated it needed to be cleaned. Because of that, I sold the watch for nothing. The woman bought it for $15. This was a $300 watch. -CONT-

alluck1210 She gave me a 5 star rating and then changed the rating SEVEN days later to 4 stars stating "item cleanliness" I clearly stated it needed to be cleaned and it was as is. I mentioned that to her and never heard back
