Here comes the sun off the shoulder cream blush floral midi dress w flutter sleeves from Petal and Pup. The dress is lined with cream background w/ peach flowers. The tag says pink however, the mini flowers are definitely peach with accents of green. Removable tie belt belt has metal end caps. The dress can be worn either on or off the shoulder it is new with tags purchased from Petal & Pup.
