Her Universe Cruella evening dress NWT 3x

Her Universe Cruella evening dress NWT 3x I have to face reality...I'm never gonna wear this one. The neckline is odd on me and I cannot fill out the bust. Another Her Universe product so I sized up, and it is a lovely dress but I would need to add straps to make me feel more comfortable wearing this... I have cats, but they aren't allowed in the closet with the dresses. No perfumes.
