Made in France Luxurious Unique (one of the kind) vintage Henry a la Pensée silk scarf. A luxurious design by French couturier Henry de la Pensée (his boutique was in the fashionable, exclusive Faubourg St Honoré, Paris; his fashion plates from the 20s to the 50s are highly sought after as is his jewellery). This is a rare item signed in the corner by J.Gibbéz; with original label reading Soie Made in France. In crispy creamy silk with very tightly rolled pink edges. The symmetrical design consists of nine circles within a wickerwork type frame with four fan motifs. Dimensions: 74/74cm (29/29 inches)
