Henry Boker vintage brass pocket compass made in Germany

Vintage brass pocket compass, made in Germany in the 1920s. Has a little metal piece you can set upward via a knob on the side that will hold the needle in place. Visually in good used condition. However the arrow doesn't reliably point north, though it usually will swing around to it eventually. Measures about 45mm (1.75") across by 11mm thick. Questions &/ offers welcome! (lowballs ignored)
